Senior Partner, Munger Tolles and Olson LLP

Mr. Olson is a senior partner at Munger, Tolles and Olson LLP, where he specializes in corporate governance and commercial litigation, including antitrust and securities. He previously was an attorney for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and clerked for Chief Judge David L. Bazelon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He serves on the Board of Trustees for RAND Corporation and the Mayo Clinic. He is based in Los Angeles, CA.
