Christina Bouri is a research associate for Middle East studies at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Before joining CFR, she interned at Harvard's Middle East Initiative and was a senior staff writer for the Harvard Journal of Middle Eastern Politics and Policy. She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of the Pacific and a master's in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University.
